This Policy explains how BuildWire AI handles personal information when you visit buildwire.ai, contact us, join the newsletter, or use our tools.
Information we collect
We may collect your email address, newsletter choice, submission time, request source, and request ID. If you use the AI Watermark Remover, the rewrite service also processes the text or supported file you submit, an optional voice sample, and protected terms.
Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical and security information needed to distinguish people from abusive traffic. Our site and hosting providers may also record standard request data such as browser type, time, and network information.
How we use information
- Provide the tool or service you requested.
- Verify requests, apply usage limits, and prevent abuse.
- Keep a record of requests and diagnose failures.
- Send the BuildWire AI newsletter and product updates only when you opt in.
- Respond to messages and meet legal duties.
AI Watermark Remover data
Every verified request records the email and newsletter choice. The lead record does not include pasted copy, uploaded file data, voice samples, protected terms, model output, receipt hashes, or your IP address.
Submitted content is processed by the private rewrite service and its local model. Job data is held for the short time needed to complete the request, then removed after the browser acknowledges the result or the job expires. It is not sent to Beehiiv or the lead-capture workflow.
Newsletter choice
The newsletter checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. Your rewrite runs whether you subscribe or not. If you opt in, we send your email and consent record to Beehiiv. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email.
Service providers
We use service providers including Ghost for the website, Cloudflare for security and delivery, and Beehiiv for opted-in newsletter subscriptions. They process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep request and security records only while they are needed to operate the service, investigate misuse, or meet legal duties. Newsletter records remain until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, subject to records we must keep by law.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Send requests to hello@buildwire.ai. We may need to verify your identity.
