These Terms govern your use of buildwire.ai, BuildWire AI services, and the AI Watermark Remover. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

Using the service

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with content you own or are allowed to process. Do not use it to infringe rights, mislead people about authorship, evade platform rules, distribute harmful material, or interfere with the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give BuildWire AI limited permission to process that content only to provide the requested service, keep the service secure, and meet legal duties.

AI Watermark Remover limits

The tool scans text, requests a rewrite, and checks selected facts and structure. Independent watermark verification is not currently available. A completed or passed result does not prove that a Claude watermark was removed, that text was written by a person, or that another detector will classify it in a particular way.

You are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing or relying on it. Keep any required disclosures and follow the terms of the platform where you use the content.

Availability

We may change, pause, limit, or stop any part of the service. Processing times and results may vary. We may block requests that appear abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or outside the published limits.

No warranties

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, BuildWire AI makes no guarantee about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific business result.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, BuildWire AI is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, or decisions made from tool output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will change the effective date when we do. Questions can be sent to hello@buildwire.ai.
